Hey y’all! It’s Mel & Dave – formerly known as Mr. & Mrs. Dirty. We’re still married, so don’t think the former is referring to the Mr. & Mrs. Part 😉 Life has slowed down a little and we decided to revamp our old blog so that our friends can follow along with some of our wilder adventures. 

Dave is a retired soldier who still plays around in the soldier world… a little. Mel is a teacher working as an instructional specialist. When we aren’t working, we enjoy being outdoors – camping, hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding… just about anything outside. Mel loves research – especially researching vacations and adventures. She loves a good plan. Dave? He’s your typical passenger princess – just along for the ride. Our kids have blown flown the nest (even if we are still storing some of their stuff and an abandoned pup), so our adventures can get a little crazy!

Grab a beverage (we prefer a cold IPA) and laugh with us for awhile.
